Sleep — Ah, Such Mystery of Life NAJOWRIMO DAY 4 JANUARY 4, 2016

Two and a half hours seems to be my limit for sleep these days. This too shall pass… (hopefully soon)

Today would have been my great-nephew Thomas Vogt’s 33rd birthday. He’s only been gone a bit over 2 years, but it seems far longer. Time is such a strange element in life. A minute can be a lifetime when waiting for something to happen. At the same time, minutes can fly by so quickly that they don’t truly register in our minds. I have to wonder what part of our mind controls how we perceive the passing of time?

Be safe, be well, and please be happy. Remind those you love that you love them. It’s worth repeating… blessings to you and have a good day.

About tehachap

The easiest way to define myself is as a very happily married woman with two sons and two grandsons. My hobbies include reading, writing, sewing, trains (watching, photographing and running them in G scale), and travel. My husband and I are retired and we spend our winters in Arizona. I used to own a secretarial and desktop publishing business, but closed it when my husband retired in 1999. We have truly enjoyed our retirement years, and have fulfilled one of our primary goals in life and that is to own a home overlooking train tracks so we can watch trains 24/7. We are sincerely blessed in this life.
