It’s a great day so far.The trains are running well (three southbound in the last hour), the hummingbirds are at their feeder and the sparrows are pecking and scratching at the seed on the ground beneath the feeders.

I received an e-mail yesterday from an author in the U.K. whose books I’ve been proofreading. She has another book ready for me to proof, so I know what I’ll be doing today! And the timing couldn’t have been better. I finished reading “The Last Anniversary” by Liane Moriarty the other night, and am ready for a new book.

Be safe, be well, and please be happy. Know that you are loved, and be sure to tell those YOU love that you love them.

About tehachap

The easiest way to define myself is as a very happily married woman with two sons and two grandsons. My hobbies include reading, writing, sewing, trains (watching, photographing and running them in G scale), and travel. My husband and I are retired and we spend our winters in Arizona. I used to own a secretarial and desktop publishing business, but closed it when my husband retired in 1999. We have truly enjoyed our retirement years, and have fulfilled one of our primary goals in life and that is to own a home overlooking train tracks so we can watch trains 24/7. We are sincerely blessed in this life.

Me too… I realized yesterday that the stress of taking care of Robert was causing my fatigue. I should have realized it sooner, but never gave much thought to the whole situation.
