Thanks and blessings to all those who served, and are still serving this great country. It is a great country and will continue to be, long after Trump’s four year term of office has ended.
I’ve disappointed many of my friends because of my election choice. They’ve expressed strong feelings of fear, anger and disillusionment. I don’t know how to help them. I can’t begin to see the situation through their eyes. I’m puzzled that some of these friends actually hold me responsible for Trump’s election.
Be safe, be well, and please be happy. Be sure to tell those you love that you love them.

They can’t hold you personally responsible, but Trump is a true anathema to many of us.

I realize that, but I considered Clinton to be the more dangerous of the two. I wanted change and I felt Trump was the one who would shake things up and change things. We’ll have to see how it plays out. Thank you for not beating me up verbally because of my choice.
